Prices:
The prices listed on our website are in £GBP and are inclusive of VAT.

Payment:
We accept all major credit/debit cards via our secure payment portal.
For all card payments, funds are taken at point of order.
When you receive our confirmation of order e-mail to the e-mail address you have provided on your order, this is to indicate that we have received your order.

Payment Card Security:
When your order is placed on our website, you will enter your card details into the SagePay or Paypal portal.  No card numbers are stored within the Kidsplaystore website and we do not have access to your card information.

Availability of Products:
All our products are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the product to you we shall notify you as soon as possible and shall reimburse your payment in full. Please note some products may vary in colour to that shown on the website.

Deliveries:
Some items are delivered directly from our suppliers. These items will have specific dates which will be indicated on the product detail page.

Online tracking is available for all despatched orders. Details will be included in your Despatch Notification email. Excludes orders shipped Direct from supplier.

Please note that some areas within parts of the UK may take longer for delivery due to carrier coverage.
Some items where indicated have a delivery time of either 2 working days or 14 working days after you have placed your order.
Our deliveries are made via third party suppliers and carriers and can therefore, be beyond our control.

UK mainland orders have free shipping. Smaller items to Northern Ireland and ROI are £13.00. Larger items (over 120cm) are £35.00 to Northern Ireland and ROI.

Guarantee:
We guarantee your satisfaction. All products supplied to nurserys and playgroups, schools and in a commercial environment are only guranteed for 3 months.

Privacy Policy:
Kids Play Store do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies.

Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel you order you must provide us with 7 working days notice from the date of making the order. We advise you check the status of your order with us before you request cancellation, as if your order has been despatched the carriage will be charged to you.

Returns Policy:
You may return any delivered product you have purchased anytime up to 7 days starting the day after the delivery.
If you are returning a product for any reason, except damage or manufacturing defect, you must pay the costs of returning the products. All returned products must be returned with the original packaging. We cannot accept any returns on products that have been assembled.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at www.hmso.gov.uk

Faulty Goods:
For damaged or faulty goods we will offer a full refund as long as you notified us within 7 working days from the delivery date and the item is packaged back into its original package. No damaged or faulty items can be accepted without its original packaging. All faulty products are tested and if the item proves to be satisfactory when tested then only the product value will be refunded. You will be charged the actual cost of the delivery and the collection.

Please note all refunds back onto the payment card can take between 5-10 days from receipt of the returned goods.
 
All our products are packaged for secure delivery to our customers. Please note some products will need to be home-built. We do have build installation companies that we can recommend for our wooden climbing frame range. Please call us should you require this service.
Free Prize Draw Competition Terms & Conditions:

1) To enter this prize draw, entrants must order online from www.kidsplaystore.co.uk between 23rd August 2011 and 23.59 on Monday 29th August 2011. Orders placed after this date will not qualify. Orders subsequently cancelled will not qualify.
 
2) You must not be an employee of Kidsplaystore ltd, its associated companies or subsidiaries or any advertising agency or web company connected with kidsplaystore ltd, or any member of any such person's family. Kidsplaystore ltd reserves the right to verify the eligibility of applications.
 
3) In the event of any dispute regarding these terms and conditions, conduct or the results, the decision of Kidsplaystore ltd shall be final.

4) Kidsplaystore ltd reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these terms and conditions.

5) Entry for this promtion is online only

6) There are three prizes to be won. The winners will be selected randomly from all orders placed before the closing date

7) The winners will be contacted via e-mail before the 30th September 2011. The refund will be issued on or 15th October 2011. Kidsplaystore ltd decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. If a winner does not acknowledge a winning notification within 28 days, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw the prize in which case the original winner will forfeit any rights to a prize.

8) By entering into the Promotion, the winners agree and acknowledge that:(a) they may be contacted by the Promoter to provide comments about the prize draw and the Promoter (or an agent of the Promoter) may take photos of them;(b) the Promoter may use such comments and photos for the Promoter's future promotional and marketing purposes without further reference or compensation to them;(c) the Promoter may duplicate, alter, adapt and utilise the Materials as the Promoter wishes at any time, anywhere, and by any means. The Promoter may licence, authorise or otherwise transfer the rights in the Materials to others to do the same;(d) by entering the Promotion, they grant to the Promoter on creation of the Materials a royalty free, perpetual, exclusive and irrevocable licence to use the Materials for whatever purpose

9) Kidsplaystore ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of this competition at anytime without prior notice if circumstances make this necessary. Any changes will be posted within the terms and conditions on the site
