Terms and Conditions

Prices:
The prices listed on our website are in £GBP and are inclusive of VAT. We offer FREE delivery on orders over £30.00.

Payment:
We accept all major credit card payments and all payments are secure.
For all card payments, funds are taken at point of order.
When you receive our confirmation of order e-mail to the e-mail address you have provided on your order, this is to indicate that we have received your order.

Credit Card Security:
When your order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Availability:
All our products are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the product to you we shall notify you as soon as possible and shall reimburse your payment in full.

Deliveries:
We deliver to the UK Mainland only and some areas will carry a surcharge. The surcharge applies to AB, IV, KW, PA, PH, TR postal codes. Please note this is not a definitive list. We will advise you of the additional cost if your address is within the surcharge area.
On items indicated with a Next Day Delivery this applies to orders received before 12.00 Midday from Monday - Thursday. Orders received after 12.00 Midday on Friday and weekend orders will be processed on Mondays and dispatched for delivery on the Tuesday. Please note that some areas within parts of the UK may take longer for delivery due to carrier coverage.
Some items where indicated have a delivery time of either 2 working days or 14 working days after you have placed your order.
Our deliveries are made via third party suppliers and carriers and can therefore, be beyond our control.
We offer FREE delivery on orders over £30.00.

Privacy Policy:
Kids Play Store do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies.

Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel you order you must provide us with 7 working days notice from the date of making the order. We advise you check the status of your order with us before you request cancellation, as if your order has been despatched the carriage will be charged to you.

Returns Policy:
You may return any delivered product you have purchased anytime up to 7 working days starting the day after the delivery.
If you are returning a product for any reason, except damage or manufacturing defect, you must pay the costs of returning the products. All returned products must be returned with the original packaging.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at www.hmso.gov.uk

Faulty Goods:
For damaged or faulty goods we will offer a full refund as long as you notified us within 7 working days from the delivery date and the item is packaged back into its original package. No damaged or faulty items can be accepted without its original packaging. All faulty products are tested and if the item proves to be satisfactory when tested then only the product value will be refunded. You will be charged the actual cost of the delivery and the collection.

Please note all refunds back onto the payment card can take between 5-10 days from receipt of the returned goods.
